La Martiniere Girls’ College is required to get its books of accounts (maintained in tally) audited and files Form 10B as per Income Tax Law. For this purpose, College invites application / expression of interest from reputed CA Firms, having adequate experience and qualifications in the field of carrying out Statutory Audits of organisations primarily government entities and/or Educational institutions.

Chartered Accountants firms must qualify the following minimum eligibility criteria:

1.     The Firm must be registered with ICAI for more than 10 years and must be empanelled with C&AG.

2.     The Firm must have had its office in Lucknow for the past 10 years.

3.     There must be at least a minimum of 3 to 5 partners in the Firm.

4.     The average turnover of the firm must be more than INR. 50 lakhs in the last three financial years.

5.     Firms should have experience of similar work / audit of Government Organisations and/or Educational Institutions.

6.     The firm must not have been blacklisted at any time by any government agency or organization.

All supporting documents substantiating the minimum eligibility criteria along with Profile of the firm duly signed with seal must be submitted at the College gate (Sealed Box for this purpose will be placed) by 9^th June, 2024.

After the review of documents submitted by the CA Firms, a final selection shall be made. Appointments will be done for One year, FY 2023-24, which may be renewed for 2 more years. The audit must be completed each year on or before 31^st August along with the submission of Form 10B online by the due date.
